Description of SMS use cases: We use SMS to send appointment confirmations, service updates, lead follow-up messages, consultation reminders, quote notifications, and (with separate opt-in) marketing and promotional messages.
Opt-in: By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website forms or by texting a keyword to our business number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Streamline Pro AI Solutions LLC.
Opt-out instructions: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. You may also email hello@streamlinepro.ai to request removal from our SMS list.
Message and data rate disclosure: Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Streamline Pro AI Solutions LLC is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Transactional messages are sent as needed based on your interactions. Marketing messages will not exceed 4 per month.

Voice interactions require microphone access and are processed by third-party AI providers.
5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Streamline Pro AI Solutions LLC and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through our service.
